Canovile Furniture Return policy is very easy and simple, we accept return if it is requested within 7 days from the receipt of the product. Please note return is only acceptable under following circumstances: Damage or Dead-on arrival, manufacturing defect or a different item which has not been order. The 7 days’ time start from the delivery date of the product, as we get the delivery date confirmation from our logistic partner.

We know returning a product is never a happy feeling for any buyer, so that’s why we design this return policy in such a way that the customer doesn’t have to take any hassle. Canovile Furniture will pick up your product from your doorstep, however in an unlikely event where our pickup facility is not available in your location, we may request you to send the product through a local courier and the charges will be bear by Canovile Furniture.

Customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned. Once we pick up the product from the customer’s doorstep then within 48 hours the refund will be processed. Refund will be process, depending upon the payment method you used, usually refunds get credited within 2-3 days. In some cases, refunds may take 6-8 workings to get credit in your desire account.
